Why Take A Spiritual Bath

What is a spiritual bath?

A spiritual bath is a sacred ritual that purifies not only the body but also the mind and soul. It is a ritualistic immersion that transcends the mundane world, connecting the individual to a higher power and aligning them with the divine.

Through the use of fragrant herbs, flowers, and essential oils, the body is cleansed and the aura is cleared of negative energies. As the warm water envelops the body, the individual's spirit is transported to a place of serenity, where they can connect with the divine and receive guidance from the universe.

If you do not have a bath you can simply use a bucket to soak your feet in water with all your herbs, flowers and essential oils.
